This is a brand name solicitation for Mercom, which includes a 24x7 on site maintenance plan that is required. This is an important requirement to maintain and repair the voice recorder system in order to maintain the NAWCWD Range Control Office agreement with the FAA to provide voice recordings 24x7 for accident investigation and reconstruction. The current Mercom system's hardware and software are recognized to be reliable and quickly repairable. Our branch already has a three (3) year history of experience with Mercom Voice Recorders that repair and maintenance issues were resolved within 24 hours. There are no data integration or signaling required from the terminating T1 interfaces. The requirement is for six (6) T1s, 144 voice channels, with no analog interfaces required. The T1 interfaces should be able to terminate the T1s with the proper DSX1 cross connect levels and provide a repeated or dummy DS1 stream out on the transmit interface to the digital voice switch. Place of Performance = N/A Set Aside Default is = SMALL BUS
