- The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS) needs services to provide physician services for the students located at the Harpers Ferry Job Corps Center. The Job Corps center is responsible for giving its students physician health education that improve their ability to make mature decisions concerning both present and future treatment.
