Description

The work to be performed consists of the following: 1)completing concrete manhole outlet modifications (concrete core drilling); 2)furnishing and installing precast concrete septic tank; 3) furnishing and installing schedule 40 sewer pipe from manhole to septic tank; 4)furnishing and installing transmission pipe from septic tank to drain field; and 5)constructing a drain field. The work must be completed within 60 days from Receipt of Notice To Proceed. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on or around December 30, 2005, and quotes are tentatively due in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings MT 59101 on or before Close of Business (COB) January 20, 2005. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000. There is no charge for the first copy of this solicitation, and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each set. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code is 228910. The Small Business Size Standard is $12 million. This specifications and drawings will be not posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package is available in hard copy. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart BlackEagle. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number. Note 1: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Contractors may register at http://www/ccr/gov. Note 2: Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online. All representations and certifications which used to appear in Section K of Bureau of Reclamation Solicitations are now online.
