Description

The work to be performed consists of delivering various parts used in the construction of greasing systems to include the following: grease pumps, pressure switches, tubing, ball valves, tube clamps, heavy duty din rails, various fittings, hosing, check valves, and pressure gauges. The price range of the work is $250,000 - $500,000. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on or around December 19, 2005. The due date for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) is tentatively scheduled for January 10, 2006 at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana 59107. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation; additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 per set. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition will be a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332912. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 3492. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The specification and drawings will not be posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package is available in hard copy. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart Blackeagle or Andy Fox. The fax must include the contractors name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number, and Dun and Bradstreet number. Note 1: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in Central Contractor Registration. Contractors may register at http://www.ccr.gov. Note 2: Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer, or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online. All representations and certifications which used to appear in Section K are now located online. To complete your online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), contractors must go to http://orca.bpn.gov.
