Description: Wilson Lake Project Office, Sylvan Grove, Kansas has a requirement for Mowing and Trimming Services at the following areas: Lucas Park, Minooka Park and Marshall Cove. This procurement is BEST VALUE, Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Commercial Item/Serv ices and is totally set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation contains a base period plus four option periods. The Contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, fuel, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide mowing and trimming of public use areas for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilson Project, as described in the performance of work statement. This solicitation contains a base period plus four option periods. The base year period of performance runs f rom 01 April 2006 to 30 September 2006. The period of performance for Option period 1 runs from 01 April 2007 to 30 September 2007. The period of performance for option period 2 runs from 01 April 2008 to 30 September 2008. The period of performance for op tion period 3 runs from 01 April 2009 to 30 September 2009. The period of performance for option period 4 runs from 01 April 2010 to 30 September 2010. The government will award a contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price, experience and past performance considered.
