Description

The VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System is soliciting SF 330s from all qualified firms to provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and architectural and engineering services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates for the project Primary and Specialty Care Expansion with Pharmacy Consolidation for Efficiency/Flow at the VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, TN 37212. Design involves all major disciplines, including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and industrial hygiene to convert 6,750 SF into new outpatient clinic space, consolidate inpatient and outpatient pharmacies, create new cardiac cath lab space and replace an existing air handling unit. The design concept is to redistribute space to improve the overall quality, efficiency, and timeliness of outpatient medical care. Construction cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
