- Number notes 1 and 26 apply. Solicitation will be issued utilizing Best Value Source Selection procedures. This is a Total Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. This is an Indefinite Delivery Type (IDTC) Acquisition utilizing Best Value Source Selection procedures with three (3) Evaluation Factors in descending order of importance as follows: 1) Production Demonstration Model, 2) Experience/Past Performance and 3) DLA Mentoring Agreements. Sizes will be procured FOB destination to W25G1U (New Cumberland, PA). The quantity is 2,000 min and 5,000 max Jacket, Leather, Brown, A-2 (PGC: 02014 and NSN: 8415-01-456-7153). Applicable Specification is FNS/PD-98-02 April 16, 1998 with Pattern dated 28 February 1998. Production lead-time is 180 days after date of award with three (3) deliveries.
