Description
U.S. Government Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Warehouse Space in SW Metro Area The U.S. General Services Administration seeks potential sources for warehouse space consisting of approximately 1,000 occupiable square feet within the following boundaries: W. Ken Caryl Avenue/Mineral Avenue to the North. C-470 to the West, continuing to Wadsworth/South Platte Canyon Dr., South to W. Waterton Road, East to N. Rampart Range Road, North to W. Titan Road, East to South Santa Fe Dr, North to Highlands Ranch Blvd, East to Broadway, North on Broadway to Mineral Avenue/W. Ken Caryl Ave. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, must not lie within the 100-year flood plain, and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. Additional requirements may include setbacks and extensive perimeter, entry and interior security. Expressions of interest should include the following: Proposed Occupancy Date Current lease expires Summer, 2006; Location The space shall be located within the delineated area described above (see boundaries), Littleton, (SW Denver), CO Lease Term Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm; Available Space Rentable square feet and method of measurement. Include common area factor. Space must be contiguous with a minimum 12 feet clear ceiling height, The Government intends to use this information to determine the feasibility of relocating this warehouse space. Alternative space will only be considered if it is economically advantageous. This economic determination will include location, physical features of the building and surrounding areas, relocation costs, and tenant improvements. No award of a contract will be made based on proposals received in response to this notice.
