PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE (23 November 2005) The 88th Contracting Squadron, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, anticipates a competitive acquisition for a fixed-price contract with one base year and four one-year option periods. This potential acquisition of services is FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Requirement is for non-personal service to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and supplies for the proper performance of Aircraft Fleet Services at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
