Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a purchase order to Colonial Parking of Washington, D.C. 20007-3812 on a sole source basis for the rental of 20 parking spaces for a term of 12 months. The action is issued on a sole source basis because of the necessary location proximity of services required and services provided at 409 3rd St, SW Washington DC 20024. The following FAR Clauses shall apply to this award: FAR Part 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications, and 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items. The proposed action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature which fully demonstrates their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. Interested persons may identify their interest by responding to the requirement within 5 days after the date of publication of this notice.
