- This is a sole source requirement for NSN: 1680-01-399-1284GC; P/N: BL27100-185 or 42315-17; Noun: Aircraft Hoist; Applicable to HH-60C aircraft. This requirement is for a basic quantity of ten each, with two annual options having a quantity range of 1-5 each. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 30 September 2006. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued. The approved sources of supply are Cage Code: 08484, Breeze Eastern Division of Transtechnology Corporation, 700 Liberty Avenue, Union, NJ 07083-8198 and Cage Code: 3HRL4, Goodrich Hoist and Winch Division of Goodrich Corporation. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
