- DHHS/PSC/Federal Occupational Health Service (FOHS) has need for a professional organization or individual to serve as an independent contractor to provide programmatic and strategic management analysis and advice in the area of business development. Qualified individual(s) must possess a MD or DO with Board Certification in Occupational Health, Preventive Medicine, or Public Health; OR PhD, MPH, MA, MS or equivalent degree in management, health administration, health policy or closely related field from an accredited college or university. A minimum of three (3) years experience is required in administering occupational health or closely related community or government health programs encompassing functions such as needs assessment, policy development, service delivery system design, operations management, and monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness.
