Description: An annual maintenance order is contemplated. The proposed order will be for 12 months. Due to properitary rights to software and drawings, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Daytronic Corporation) under the Authori ty of FAR 6.302(a)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids, however, all responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered.
