Description

GovWorks is issuing a Request for Quotation on behalf of the Department of the Interior, Office of Historical Trust Accounting who has a requirement to support, research, analysis and document the history of the organizations and management of the Individual Indian Monies (IIM) trust fund provided to the Office of Historical Trust Accounting and Departmental Leadership in the historical accounting and individual accounts. The Government anticipates making multiple award firm fixed contracts from this solicitation with a period of performance of one year for the base period and four (4) follow on option periods. Place of Performance shall be at the Contractor's site, travel will be required for periodic meetings in Washington D.C. and investigation and research will be required at various records storage sites around the United States. This requirement is being procured using full & open competition with a total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code identified for this requirement is 541720 with a small business size standard of $6 Million Dollars. The competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ), specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFQ number 1405-04-06-RQ-60504. The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about 16 November 2005, and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained.
