This is a suspected Sole Source procurement, synopsis published for informational and fact finding purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''A'' 1. Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''A'' Engineering Design, Drafting, and Documentation of a Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''A''. The Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''A'' is to consist of connections from the (2) 505.30 Hydraulic Power Supplies to 9 Testing Stations located in various positions within the building, as defined by the customers building layout drawings, and sketches. This Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''A'' is to be connected to the Customer's existing 505.30 Hydraulic Power Supplies and a second Hardline Distribution System''B''. Manual Hand Valves will be included to allow for the isolation of System ''A'' from System ''B''. 1.50'' O.D. Stainless Steel Tubing for both Pressure and Return, 1.00'' Stainless Steel Tubing for Drain. Station size is a 1.00'' (nominal) Pressure and Return, and a 0.50'' (nominal) Drain. Total of nine stations. The Tubing is to be located within the Building's trenches, and floors, for each station. This Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''A'' is estimated to be approximately 90 feet in length. One set of hoses for connection to each Hydraulic Power Supply for this multiple station hardline, is included. The Materials List for this Hardline Distribution System Assembly includes (approximately) the following items: 200 ft. of 1.50'' Outside Dia. Stainless Steel Tubing (Pressure and Return Lines) 100 ft. of 1.00'' Outside Dia. Stainless Steel Tubing (Drain Line) 12 Tubing Wall Support Clamp Assemblies 2 Hose sets (up to 15' length) for each (2) 505.30 HPUs. Station hand operated ''Ball Valves'' (Nominally 1.0'' diameter) on the Pressure line and ''Check Valves'' (Nominally 1.0'' diameter) on the Return and (Nominally 0.5'' diameter) Drain lines, are included for each station. A ''Pre-engineering Site Inspection'' visit by an Senior Hydraulics Engineer for the Final design, trench inspection, and site assesment is included. Once the site inspection and assesment has taken place, the final design of the Hardline will be presented to AFRL / MLSC personel for approval. Contractor will ready the complete Hardline Distribution System for shipment to the customer Site for Installation. On-site Fabrication and Installation of the complete Hardline Distribution System, by trained Personnel. Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''B'' 2. Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''B'' Engineering Design, Drafting, and Documentation of a Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''B''. The Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''B'' is to consist of connections from the 505.30 Hydraulic Power Supply to 2 Testing Stations located in various positions within the building, as defined by the customers building layout drawings, and sketches. This Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System ''B'' is to be connected to the Customer's existing 505.30 Hydraulic Power Supply and a second Hardline Distribution System ''A''. Manual Hand Valves will be included to allow for the isolation of System ''B'' from System ''A'', for independent use of the customers 55 Kip, and 220 Kip systems. 1.50'' O.D. Stainless Steel Tubing for both Pressure and Return, 1.00'' Stainless Steel Tubing for Drain. Station size is a 1.25'' (nominal) Pressure and Return line, and 0.50'' (nominal) Drain line. Total of two stations. The Tubing is to be located within the Building's existing trenches, and floors, for each station. This Hydraulic Hardline Distribution System is estimated to be approximately 70 feet in total length. The Materials List for this Hardline Distribution System Assembly includes (approximately) the following items: 160 ft. of 1.50'' Outside Dia. Stainless Steel Tubing (Pressure and Return Lines) 80 ft. of 1.00'' Outside Dia. Stainless Steel Tubing (Drain Line) 10 Tubing Wall Support Clamp Assemblies Station hand operated ''Ball Valves'' (1.25? nominal Diameter) on the Pressure line and ''Check Valves'' on the Return (1.25? nominal Diameter) and Drain (1.0? nominal Diameter) lines, are included for each station.
