- Payroll Processing: No. PAY-C310 The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection Office of Finance intend to perform an A-76 Streamlined Study of the Payroll Processing function, OMB Function Code C-310. The positions are located in Indianapolis, IN; Laguna Niguel, CA; Burlington, VT and Dallas, TX with 46 estimated in-house FTE. The Payroll Processing function includes performing payroll accounting, managing time, attendance and leave processes, processing payroll documentation, processing pay-related adjustments, conducting training, preparing and presenting payroll related reports, and performing other miscellaneous payroll related support. Competition Officials assigned to this competition are: Competition Sourcing and Privatization Official (CPSO): Patricia A. Todaro Contracting Officer (CO): Rita A. Williams Source Selection Authority (SSA): Dale Anglin Human Resource Authority (HRA): Sue Zaner Agency Tender Official (ATO): Robert M. Smith Projected Date that the agency tender will be due to the CO: December 1, 2005 Projected End Date (Decision): December 30, 2005.
