Description
The contractor shall update the central computer to version 5.XX. The contractor shall provide all repair parts, labor, test equipment, travel, and materials not government furnished, necessary to keep the updated unit operational to manufacturers specifications. Provide troubleshooting assistance by phone and replacement parts by mail as requested. The Contractor will provided preventive maintenance services for equipment twice per year to include verification, calibration, adjustments, cleaning, repair and/or replacement or worn/defective parts due to normal use and conditions. Biannual preventive maintenance shall be provided by scheduling an appointment time prior to all work performed by the contractor. The contractor shall ensure that all employees under this contract, who will be interacting with government personnel are able to read, write and speak English. Service under this contract shall be performed by individuals who have demonstrated knowledge and competence in the repair of the specific instrumentation under this contract. The contractor shall insure repair technicians have been trained on the specific equipment under contract and have two (2) years experience. Contractor personnel or any representative of the contractor entering Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) shall abide by all security regulations and shall be subject to security checks. Upon completion of work, a preventive maintenance report will be completed for each visit and presented to an authorized TAMC representative for approval. A copy signed by both parties will be given to the TAMC representative. The contractor shall be responsible to ensure that the quality of service and materials provided under this contract meet or exceed the performance work statement. All offerors are due 10:00 A.M. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on Thursday November 17, 2005. The NAICS Code is 811219 and the annual size standard is $6M.
