NAICS 236220-Carpet and paint designated areas at the Burdick FB/CH, Fargo, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on October 3, 2005. Work to be completed within 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Paymend bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Drawings will not be available on the internet. To obtain drawings, submit a request (fax or email) to the Contracting Officer at address listed above. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is set-aside for emerging small business.
