Description

This is a pre-solicitation notification that a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (janitorial services) will be posted on or about 14 November 2005 on Fed Biz Opps, in accordance with FAR 12.603. The solicitation will be for janitorial and pest control services at the Byron Rogers Federal Office Building & Courthouse at 1961 Stout St., Denver, CO 80294, and associated parking garage on Welton St. The solicitation will be set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business, in accordance with FAR 19.1405. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Monday, 21 November 2005, for potential offerors to view the site conditions.
