Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis, one (1) 300 MHz NMR system meeting the following requirements: 300 MHz Console that includes Autoshim autolock capabilities, 1H 2H gradient shimming, Real time data acquistion, Ethernet TCP/IP interface, host to console, Automated deuterium gradient shimming, Software and ability to run direct and indirect detect experiments including but not limited to: HMQC, HMBC, HSQC, COSY, TOCSY, INADEQUATE, NOESY, DEPT, HETCOR, and direct observation of 1H, 13C, 15N, 19F, 29Si, 11B, and 31P, Automated system and probe calibration capabilities, Complete operator?s manual and documentation, Samples for calibration and systems tests, sample depth gauge, Sample room temperature spinner and high temperature spinner, Software for automation of lock, shims, phase, gain, sample insert/spin/eject, Acquisition computer with hardware/software installed, Installation and delivery of entire system including freight costs, Ability to readily insert processed data into Word files. Broadband RF System, 300 MHz that includes Channel 1: 1H and 19F and Channel 2: 15N to 31P capabilities, Both channels at least 0.06 Hz frequency resolution. 7.0 T Narrow Bore Magnet 300 MHz that must includes Oxford magnet, Flexible Helium transfer line and magnetic field hazard signs, Liquid helium hold time of 80 or more days, Pulsed field gradient, Upper barrel, Helium probe and level meter, Vibration damper system, Minimum14 Channel Shims, Oxford. Digital Variable Temperature Control Unit with Accurate to +/- 0.2?C, Accessories to allow for a temperature range of ?100?C to 130?C in designated probes. Probes must have Indirect detect PFG (z) Broadband probe 1H{15N-31P} vt (-100 to +130), Direct detect PFG (z) QNP probe (31P, 13C, 19F, 1H) Autoswitchable VT (-100 to +130) capable of decoupling 19F or 1H from 31P or 13C. 2 Workstations, complete with the following: Table, Acquisition computer, Acquisition computer software license, Flat panel LCD display, Ethernet interface, Ethernet cable kit, Workstation license, Software and hardware installed and a CD read-write for data archiving, Laserjet printer/plotter. Training that includes: New user training at vendor's facility(2 tuitions), System manager training at vendor's facility(1 tuition), On-site training included within a day of installation. Trade-in of the China Lake's current AC-200 system including magnet, disassembly and removal of system. Standard commercial warranty to be provided.
