St. Louis, MO 63102 - Replacement of Tram Cables, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, 11 North 4th Street, Solicitation Number Q6520060004, SEEKING QUALIFIED SMALL BUSINESS COMPANIES TO BID ON THIS PROJECT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 and the Small Business Size Standard is 12 million (average gross revenue for the last three (3) years. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: $25,000.00 TO $100,000.00. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: This project is set aside 100% for Small Business Contractors. Work consist of providing all labor, tools, and equipment (including scaffolding, timbers, etc.) for removing and replacing the existing hoist cables and governor cables for the South Tram. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed price contract that requires a lump sum bid. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is thirteen (13) calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about November 25, 2005 with a bid opening date on or about December 27, 2005.
