Description

Headquarters Air Mobility Command, United States Air Force has a requirement for the development of a Humanitarian Aid Tracking System (HATS). This requirement is being issued by Gov.Works under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the HQ AMC in accordance with FAR Part 35, Research and Development Contracting. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sandia National Laboratories (a government owned, contractor operated facility) for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-3(a)(2)(ii). This project will improve upon demonstrating a Proof-of-Concept design by enhancing activation reliability and simplifying production processes. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
