Description

Z ? This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts and in accordance with FAR Part 14, Competitive Acquisition Procedures. The Department of the Air Force, Moody AFB, Georgia, intends to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) to remove rubber from two Runways and associated Pavement Marking. This solicitation is based upon estimated quantities and is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Codes (NAICS) 238990 is applicable to this solicitation. The size standard is $12 million. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The RFP issue date is on or about 25 Nov 05 and closing date is on or about 26 DEC 05. A firm fixed price contract will be issued with a performance period of 10 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award date is 5 JAN 06. The RFP documents will be available for download electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities website (the solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to USAF Offices, Air Force Special Operations Command, 347 CONS). Paper copies will not be available. In order to submit a proposal, you must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov and use of a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) and Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN) is required.
