- The VA Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN6) Central Acquisition Service has a requirement for full service maintenance to include all emergency calls, travel, labor and parts for the Infiniti vision system located at the VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC. This announcement constitutes a sources sought notice. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Interested parties must submit capability information in writing via mail, email or fax to Melissa Garrick, Contracting Officer, VA Medical Center, Building 4 Room 207, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 no later than 3:00pm local time November 17, 2005. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with sole source procurement with Alcon Laboratories, Inc. the only known source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
