AG-94TZ-5-06-0005 Issue: November 28, 2005 Due: December 16, 2005 S-Utilities and housekeeping services Total Small Business Set Aside 561720-Janitorial Services The Tonto National Forest, Mesa Ranger District, Arizona, requires janitorial services for the lower Salt River, Saguaro Lake and Canyon Lake at various recreation sites for the period of January 3, 2006 through December 31, 2006. There are three campgrounds with an estimated 23 single riser and 56 double riser toilet structures. The services include but are not limited to cleaning and sanitizing inside the toilet structure and fixtures, outside structure cleaning, trash pickup within defined areas around the toilet structures, and sweeping of the walkways, and placement of the trash into designated dumpsters. Services shall be performed as specified in the solicitation and resulting contract. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is November 28, 2005. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Simplified Acquisition Procedures under Commercial Item Acquisitions will be used for this solicitation. NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is $14 million dollars. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that will be considered.
