Description

The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,347 rentable sq. ft in Oroville, California within the following designated area: North: Garden Drive, South: Oroville Dam Boulevard, East: Oroville City Limits/Feather River/Washington Avenue and West: Highway 70. The space should yield between 7,258 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to 7,621 ANSI/BOMA usable sq. ft. Reserved, off-street parking is required for 2 vehicles on -site. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm, and must be fully serviced. Desired occupancy date is January 28, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. New construction will be considered. Newly constructed and existing buildings are required to meet the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) criteria of a 50-foot setback from streets and public parking. Interests within the 100 and 500 year flood plains will not be considered by the Government. Please provide documentation that your offered property is not located within a 100 or 500 year flood plain.
