- Solicitation for NSN 1670-00-855-1670, RD051450030000, Parachute Assembly, Pilot, P/N 32-821552-15, manufactured IAW McDonnell Douglas Drawing 32-821552, Revision T and applicable supports. First Article/Preproduction Approval required, Government Testing of (1) each. Configuration Control applies. Shelf Life is 156 months. Proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Delivery is 68 days ARO. FOB is Destination to stock locations listed on DSCR Form P-41 with an estimated annual quantity of 134 EA. QAP is 008. Unrestricted. This is not considered a commercial item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue around 28 November 2005.
