Description: Maintenance Services for Deer Creek Lake, Ohio. Approximate time will be calendar year 2006 with four additional one year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this contract is $750,000.00. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning and janitorial services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference wil l be held on Monday, 12 December 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at Deer Creek Lake, Mt. Sterling, OH. This solicitation will be available for download on or about 18 November 2005 on-line at www.Lrh.usace.army.mil/CT/. This proposed procurement is a 100% Small Busines s Set-Aside.
