Description

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to return the UH-60 MDS system to pre-deployment condition. The proposed contractual action will be a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantit y (IDIQ) contract awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Fort Hood Aviation Joint Administrative Management Support Services (AVJAMSS) contract. Pricing will be requested for a minimum quantity of 44 each and maximum quantity of 832 ea ch. Work to be performed will be in accordance with the Fort Hood AVJAMSS contract. The approved sources in the AVJAMSS contract are Defense Support Services, LLC (DS2) (cage 3VGE7), L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace, LLC (cage 1P066), DTS Aviation Se rvices, Inc. (cage 3X8T4), Lear Siegler Services, Inc. (cage 08MB5), and Sikorsky Support Services, Inc. (cage 6Y878). Firms are encouraged to contact these contractors for sub-contracting possibilities. Proposals will be provided electronically to the following email address or provided on CD to the mailing address listed below: email  janet.guyette@redstone.army.mil, mailing address  U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LA-M (Ms. Janet Guyette), Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See Note 22.
