Description

The US Government is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 80,000 contiguous Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and related general purpose space within ten miles of the Andover IRS facility located at 310 Lowell Street, Andover, MA. The space must allow for 350 structured or surface parking spaces. The Government presently occupies space under a lease that will expire in May 2006. Relocation will be considered if the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations, and mission of the occupant agency will be considered when determination is made whether or not to relocate. The term of the lease will be for three years, with two one year renewal options.
