Description

This Modification to the combined synopsis/solicitation NBCW6Z00218 is issued in response to several inquiries made by interested/potential offerors of this Solicitation It is of critical importance that any interested offeror is aware of the following: 1) In order to receive a contract award from the US Department of the Interior, a contractor must be registered with CCR ("Central Contractor Registration"). If your business is not CCR registered, go to www.ccr.gov to begin the registration process. However, it is highly unlikely that registration will be complete prior to the November 21, 2005 closing of this solicitation. 2) In order to register with CCR, a business must first have a DUNS number. DUNS numbers are issued by Dun & Bradstreet. Go to www.dnb.com to research and apply for a DUNS number. It is the responsibility of offerors to ensure that they have registered with all required concerns in order to be eligible to receive a Government contract award.
