Description

The work consists of the dredging of the Pilottown Anchorage Area and the disposal of all associated dredged material within the limits of work shown on the contract drawings. Work is estimated to cost between $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00. The so licitation will issue on or about 10 November 2005; Bid Opening Date will be established by amendment. Plans and Specifications are available to download from the WEB ONLY at http://www.mvn.usace.army.mil. There will be no paper copies or CDs available. This procurement is being solicited as UNRESTRICTED. NOTE: EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2005, ALL CONTRACTORS WHO SUBMIT AN OFFER/BID ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER IN THE ONLINE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS APPLICATION (ORCA). SEE FAR CLAUSES 52.204-7 AND 52.204 -8 FOR REQUIREMENT INFORMATION. THE WEBSITE FOR ORCA IS HTTP://ORCA.BPN.GOV.
