- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-06-T-0006. Requirement is for CLIN 0001: 12 each, REFRIG ERATED/FREEZER, 24FT USED IS ACCEPTABLE,REFRIGERATED/FREEZER CONTAINERS NEED TO AVAILABLE FOR DECEMBER 1ST DELIVERY. CONTRACTOR MUST ADVISE IS USED CONTAINERS HAVE WORKING MOTORS AND ARE FRESHLY PAINTED ARE SATISFACTORY CONDITION AND QUANTITY OF 12 EACH, SIZE 24FT, DAIL ADJUSTS TEMPERATURE STEEL CONTAINER RUNS ON 220 VOLTS 3-PHASE AND INSULTED STEEL CONTAINER. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case S4-B-AVF. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination. Items shall be shipped to New Cumberland Army Depot, 27070-5096. Offerors shall propose firm, fixed-prices that includes shipping. Exact delivery instructions will be provided with the contract. Offerors must provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. Desired delivery is December 1, 2 005 however, offerors are encouraged to provide alternate delivery schedules if they can not meet the December 1, 2005 delivery. Partial shipments are acceptable, however, shipments shall be as consolidated as much as possible. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on best price and best delivery schedule. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Rep resentations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Impleme nt Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
