Description

DESCRIPTION The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 5,300 rentable square feet of office/flex space contiguous in a single floor (floors other than below ground, first or top floors are preferred), within the area of Stockton, California as set out below. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4,584 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (formerly usable) square feet to a maximum of 5,042 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, together with five (5) secured, reserved on-site parking spaces, for use by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Occupancy is required as soon as possible, but in no case later than February 1, 2007. LOCATION: North: Harding Way South: Highway 4 East: Airport Way West: Highway 5 LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including 20?setback, flood plain, seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped access is solicited.
