Description

The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Virginia Beach, Virginia intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with International Air Response, Inc., 22000 S. Old Price Road, Chandler, AZ 85248-4600 to provide C130 aircraft, , or equal, and aircrew to Military Free Fall (MFF) High Altitude Low Opening (HALO) Proficiency Training in Marana, Arizona during the period of 3 November 2005 through 7 November 2005. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-2(b)(2) in which delay in award of a contract would result in serious impact to the Government and command mission effectiveness. Interested parties may submit questions relating this requirement to the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, VA, Attn: Christine Anderson at canderson@mail.nswdg.navy.mil. The Government retains the right not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice.
