Lang, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-9220. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX6C9004AX, NSN: 5999-01-237-0048, PN: 13078891. Quantity: 56 each, applicable to TADS/PNVS, with deliveries to Orlando, FL 32819-0000. Required Delivery without First Article Testing is 56 each, 180 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to Lockheed Martin Cage Code 04939, L C L Electronic Inc., Cage Code 2Y430 and Elop Elecro-Optics Industries, Ltd., Cage Code S6070, because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be consider ed by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
