- 06T0015- 1993 GENIE-HIGH LIFT BASKET Solicitation Due Date cob, 4 Nov 05 The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The item being procured is: 1 each 1993 GENIE Z60-34hi liftbasket, dual fuel, 2X4-6 foot basket. The solicitation number is FA8601-06-T-0015, North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 333924, the size standard is 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, any quotation received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be faxed to Ms Jo Ann Sillaman, 88 CONS/PKBB, 937-257-3927 or e-mailed to JoAnn.Sillaman@wpafb.af.mil no later than 4 Nov 05. A copy of FAR 52.212-3, Contractor Representations and Certifications?Commercial Item, must be completed and submitted with the quotation. A copy is available under this solicitation number at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/. Delivery is required within 2 months. FOB is Destination (Wright-Patterson AFB OH). Quoted prices must be delivered (FOB Destination) prices. Award will be based on best value to the government. Evaluation factors are price, product design and acceptabiltiy and past performance. Contractor must be registered in the CCR prior to award. The Government will make an award from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quote will be most advantgeous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performanace and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Except for submission of FAR Clause 52.212-3, there is no special format or form required for submitting quotes.
