Description

The Department of Defense (DoD), Army Contracting Agency, Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) is amending solicitation W91QUZ-04-R-0014 for Defense Travel System (DTS) Commercial Travel Office (CTO) services in CONUS and/or OCONUS in response to a pre-award protest decision by the Government Accountability Office. The amended solicitation is available to new offerors. The amendment to the solicitation will be released on or about 7 November 2005. This amend ment will establish binding contract prices. Proposals will be due two weeks from release of the amendment. The Contracting Officer is changed to Simone Jackson.
