The Department of Defense (DoD), Army Contracting Agency, Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) announce a Defense Travel System (DTS) Commercial Travel Office (CTO) service contract opportunity that is availab le to any interested party on a full and open basis. Request for Proposal (RFP), W91QUZ-04-R-0014 is being released as a DRAFT on 21 October 2004, on the United States Department of Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site at: https://abop.monmouth.ar my.mil All questions regarding this draft RFP must be submitted directly in writing, preferred via e-mail to Ms. N.
