- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This procurement is being distributed unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 and the business size standard in millions of dollars is $4.0. This is for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Requirements Contract to flush Auxiliary Sea Water Service System, Collection, Holding, and Transfer (VCHT) System, and Collection, Holding and Transfer (CHT) systems onboard MHC/MCM platforms stationed at Naval Station Ingleside in accordance with Attached statements of work for a base period beginning upon receipt of award through 30 Sept 06 and three one-year options.
