THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is interested in leasing a total of 12,129 BOMA usable square feet of office and related in Tallahassee, FL. Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: LOCATION: The space must be located within the Central Business District (CDB) of Tallhassee, FL. REQUIRED: Approx. 12,129 BOMA Usable Square Feet of office space. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included at part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: Properties may be submitted for inspection by owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY. Responses due November 7, 2005, by 3:30 p.m. EST. A market survey of potential sites will be performed shortly thereafter.
