Description

Shalimar, FL (Central Business District). REQUIRED: Approximately 2,100 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space, four (4) onsite (inside, outside or covered) reserved parking spaces for official vehicles and with the capability to provide one (1) additional parking space over the lease term. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. The building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location at AM South Bank, 1248 N. Eglin Parkway, Shalimar, Florida through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation, as well as costs to move all telecommunication and data lines (estimated move cost is $6.19 per square foot) All space must be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm OWNERS & AGENTS: Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submissions must be received no later than 3:30p.m. EST on October 24, 2005.
