Description

Preventive Maintenance - Harbor Security Boat: Maintenance - Power Plant and AC - Includes preventive maintenance and repairs as required for the following security department motors: 225 HP Mercury OPTI-Max motor(1 ea), Cumins 6BTA5 315 HP turbo diesel engines (4 ea) with Hamilton HJ275 water jets(4 ea), and IRM220PL marine gear(4 ea), BF 130 HP Honda, 4-stroke outboard motor(4 ea),Marine Air Systems Vector Compact Air conditioning unit(2 ea), Kohler 5KW generator set model 5E (3 ea). Can only work P.M. and not warranty work on Honda & Kohler). If warranty work is req'd, authorization is given to subcontract out to dealers i.e. Honda & Kohler. Preventive Maintenance - Hull: Includes Preventive Maintenance and repairs as required for the following security boats: Parker Boat Fiberglass Hull (1 ea), Zodiac 10 meter Hurrican Rigid Hull inflatable Boat (RHB) w/ Durarib Collar (1 ea), Aluminum Hull (2 ea) Seaark VC Ram Harbor Security Boat. Aluminum Hull, Kevlar Fender (1ea) Maintence includes but not inclusive to alll misc. required maintence for 100% Performance of Hull requirement. Included but not limited to: All Marine Safety Equipment, Lights, Bilge Pumps, Instruments and Gauges, Switches, Electrical Wiring, Raw Water Systems and Zincs, and /or other as designated work not to begin until estimate is given to security designated personnel. This is contract will have a base year and three option years. The option years are not garanteed at this point in time. Contract base year will begin on the 15 November 2005 and run through the following year until 14 November 2006. The three option years will run in successive subsequent years if and when awarded.
