- The US Special Operations Command has a requirement to purchase lifetime buy parts in support of the SIRFC program, USZA95-02-C-0009, for MH-47, MH-60, and CV-22 Special Operations Aircraft. The following Lifetime Buy Parts shall be procured: Part Number and Quantity IDT74FCT652ATQ (Microcircuit, Transceiver/Receiver) 1,459; IDT49FCT806CTLB (Microcircuit, Buffer/Clock Driver), 3,230; and MC100EP016FA (Microcircuit, 8-Bit, Synchronous Binary up Counter), 808. The intended source of supply/service is ITT Industries (Avionics), 100 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ, 07014. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements?. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability and respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
