Description: It is the Government's intention to enter into a sole source procurement with Synopsys Inc for software upgrades, support and maintenance for an existing integrated circuit design, simulation, research and documentation tools suite. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, software modules, technical and field support, and factory training as outlined in the Performance Specification. Note 22 applies.
