Description: This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking sources for the recaulking and waterproofing of the Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building, 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, Texas. This project includes, but is not limited to, the following work: cleaning the exterior surfaces; removing and replacing joint sealants; and any needed repairs to the facing stone and architectural concrete panels. This project shall be awarded using source selection. Performance period is 180 days from Notice to Proceed. The NAICS Codes are 238140 and 238390; the size standard is $12M.
