- This is a small business set-aside. NAICS #327390; business size 500 employees. The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement for manufacturing of Articulated Concrete Mattress at St. Francisville Casting Field, St. Francisville, LA . Contractor shall furnish all plant, equipment, supplies, labor, material, and transportation including fuel, power, and water to cast 90,000 squares of articulated concrete mattress, comprised of approximately 219,200 CWT Portland Cement, and 37,200 CF of Fly Ash. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 3272 and the business size is 500 employees. The NAICS code is 327390. Solicitation W912P8-06-B-0001 will be available on or about November 9 , 2005.
