San Francisco Service Center (9PFE-S), 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102-3434 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 10,699 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 11,769 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space on a single floor together with two (2) reserved parking spaces within the building parking garage or adjoining parking lot. TENANT: Social Security Administration. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area of Visalia, CA: Murray Avenue/Goshen Avenue (Northern Border); Hwy 198 (Southern Border); Ben Maddox Way (Eastern Border); Johnson Street (Western Border) LEASE TERM: The lease will be for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government?s requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Building must be able to provide two reserved parking stalls on-site for the Government?s exclusive use.
