Description
The purposes of this amendment are as follows: 1. Provide responses (in bold) to the following question from potential offerors: A. Can we assume that the Government will provide the necessary software for Oracle? If so, what version of Orace should be assumed? The Contractor shall supply the necessary Oracle software which is version 11.5.9. B. Has the implementation of these Oracle applications already occurred? If so, are the students end users who need to learn how to use the applications? If not, are the students taking this class to learn how to implement the applications on their own? The implementation of these Oracle applications has not yet occurred; those taking the class are doing so to learn how to implement applications on their own. C,. Do the courses have to be taught by an Oracle certified trainer with Oracle certified courseware? The Government requires Oracle certified instructors and certified Oracle courseware. Certificates are required. D. Are the people to be taught end users and only need to know how to use the application or are they people who will install and implement the applications? The class participants will include both end-users and system administrators. E. What are the dates for each of the classes to be taught? There are a number of question marks in the bid. The Government Point of Entry (fedbizopps.gov) does not accept special characters, such as a hyphen. Therefore, when you see a question mark it should be noted that it is replacing a hyphen. 2. The Government requires that all classes have the same instructor with the exception of ?11i Oracle Order Management Fundamentals Ed 1 PRV?. 3. No other questions regarding this solicitation will be accepted. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
