THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION. THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION IS LOOKING FOR POTENIAL VENDORS THAT CAN SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING: Texaco Regal R&O 68 oil 55 gallon drums Texaco Capella WF32 oil Texaco Inhibited Transformer oil code 1515 55 gallon drums Texaco Engine oil multi-purpose 15W/40W Texaco Grease turbine 55gallon drum Texaco Grease multi-purpose 14 oz tubes Texaco grease turbine Multifax EP-2 120 lbs drums THESE PRODUCTS ARE USED IN THE WYOMING AREA OFFICE FOR THE FOLLOWING: Regal R&O 68 turbines at all WYAO plants Capella WF32 used at Guernsey power plant Inhibited Transformer oil 1515 used at all WYAO plants Engine oil multi-purpose 15W/40W used by Heavy Equipment POTINEAL VENDORS MUST DELIVERY ALL PRODUCTS 1 WEEK OR LESS FROM THE DATE OF CALL. WE DO NOT WANT DELIVERY MADE ON THESE ITEMS ALL AT ONCE, THEY WILL BE ON AS A NEEDED BASES PER PHONE CALL. BRAND NAME ONLY - DUE TO FOAMING PROBLEMS AND THAT VARIOUS OIL PRODUCTS SHOULD NOT BE MIXED. This synopsis is for information purposes and is not be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Please provide cut sheets and pricing on all products by October 18, 2005, 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. Vendors may submit cut sheets and pricing by mail or fax.
